Adlyze is a SaaS platform that provides professional analysis of Google Ads campaigns using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:

• Google Ads account connection via OAuth 2.0
• Campaign, ad group, and ad-level data extraction
• AI-powered performance analysis and recommendations
• Landing page analysis
• Dashboard visualizations and reporting
• Scaling sheets and optimization tools

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You must have authorized access to the Google Ads accounts you connect
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

The Service offers Free and paid subscription plans. Features and usage limits vary by plan. Plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund eligibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated bots or scraping tools against our platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
• Upload malicious content or attempt injection attacks
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, AI models, and branding associated with Adlyze are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Google Ads data. Analysis reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal or internal business use.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI analysis, recommendations, and reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be considered as professional marketing advice. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Always use professional judgment when implementing recommendations.

8. Google Ads Data

The Service accesses your Google Ads data via the Google Ads API with your explicit authorization. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with third-party services. We process this data solely for the purpose of providing analytics and recommendations.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adlyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
